Extension built onto the gable end of existing house. Offset roof and zinc flashing to ensure a watertight join between the two buildings. Creation of a dilation joint between the two buildings.

Project aimed at strengthening existing building. Removal of roof. Strengthening work using horizontal and vertical bond beams, reinforced concrete beams. Creation of openings, installation of new roof frame and roofing.

This operation enables us to change what was a stock-rearing shed into a spacious and well-lit dwelling house.

Two-storey architect-designed property. Traditional masonry work in heavy clay bricks. Purpose-designed brick structures give the option of installing rolling metal shutters later on. Romanesque-style semi-circular openings provide the upper storey with all the light it needs.
