Insurance

GSI CONSTRUCTION has taken out Comprehensive Construction Industry insurance cover from CAMACTE, Toulouse (31), offering professional liability and decennial liability insurance policies that cover the entire range of its activities.
 
Ten year civil liability cover must be taken out for all work performed by the company.
Guarantees are applicable in accordance with the rules governing capitalization and run for 10 years from the date of handover. These guarantees cover all sites having a déclaration réglementaire d'ouverture de chantier-DROC (statutory statement of construction site opening) dating from after the date of the insurance contract taking effect and before its expiry.
