In order to define the framework within which the project will take place, we draw up :
o The Preliminary Study contract - C.E.P. (Contrat d’Etude Préliminaire)
This contract is agreed between the Project Owner and GSI construction for the completion of one or more specific tasks. It establishes a forecast budget.
