As soon as the contract is signed:

• The building permit application is drawn up and lodged ;
• You will meet with our customer advisor to lay down the project in greater detail (choice of colours, doors, windows, tiles etc) ;
• The tender package is prepared ;
• We enter the tender and bids management stage ;
• We draw up the production drawings ;
• We move onto the validation and signature of estimates and plans.
