The role of the construction site coordinator
- Meets our designer,
- Prepares the way for work to begin on the site,
- Prepares the actual site,
- Explains how work on access roads and drinking/wastewater systems will be carried out,
- Explains the procedures involved in the Déclaration d'Ouverture du Chantier (official statement that you are about to begin work on the site),
- Draws up a works schedule,
- Draws up a weekly report,
- Organizes on-site meetings.
Hand-over: Preparation of the acceptance and hand-over dossier, including the transfer of the following documents on the date of final acceptance:
- The Déclaration d’Achèvement des Travaux (D.A.T. - Work completion certificate),
- The certificate confirming that anti-termite and timber frame treatments have been applied
- The certificate confirming that blown glass wool insulation has been installed,
- The thermal performance study,
- The relevant companies’ certificates of civil liability and decennial liability insurance cover, dating from the date that work began on your house,
- The CONSUEL (independent body that inspects the safety of electrical installations and wiring) certificate of conformity, and, if necessary, the QUALIGAZ gas safety certificate of conformity,
- The Livret d'Identité du Logement (document detailing relevant details concerning the construction of your house and subsequent work to it etc),
- A certificate authorizing us to photograph your house,
- A Customer Satisfaction survey, to be filled in and returned to us. This enables us to monitor the quality of our services on a regular basis.
